For anyone who likes space and is staying longer: 80 m² of living space, a terrace of the same size and two workspaces on the gallery. That makes the apartment well suited to working remotely or spending the winter. It sleeps up to three people, children aged twelve and over.
Two bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with a single bed – and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, and there is also a washing machine and free fibre-optic Wi-Fi. There are two workspaces on the gallery, and outside a covered terrace and a sun terrace.
Around 80 square metres – as big as the apartment itself. Part of it is covered and can therefore be used at midday too, the other part is an open sun terrace. From both, the view stretches through the valley to the Atlantic.
Both are in the same house and share the same view. At 80 m², Tosca Dos is more spacious and has the huge terrace, an oven and two workspaces – the better choice for longer stays. Access, however, is via stairs; Tosca Uno manages without.
